How is it different from Delegate?
Delegate: I handle your admin, $550 a month for 10 hours or $1,000 for 20 hours. Steer: I coordinate your projects, your teams and your contractors, from $1,680 a month.
Do I become your employer?
No. It's a fixed monthly fee: no employment contract, no employer-employee relationship, no set working hours.
