How do we communicate and collaborate?
I adapt to your existing workflow. Whether you use Slack, Trello, Notion, Asana, or prefer email and WhatsApp, I’ll integrate seamlessly into your systems. We’ll establish a communication rhythm that works for you, whether that’s daily check-ins or weekly updates.
What's included in my monthly plan?
Your plan includes a set number of support hours that can be used flexibly across any of my service areas: admin, operations, or marketing support. We’ll set priorities together each month to ensure your hours are used strategically. You’re not locked into one type of task.
Do unused hours roll over?
No, hours don’t roll over to the next month. But here’s what I do differently: if we’re approaching month-end with hours remaining, I’ll proactively suggest high-impact tasks like: organizing your files, auditing your processes, or tackling items from your “someday” list. Your hours never go to waste.
What if I need more hours than my plan includes?
No problem. You can either upgrade to a higher plan the following month, or I can accommodate additional hours at $50/hour for one-off needs. If you consistently need more support, we can discuss adjusting your plan.
How does billing work?
Your first invoice is due before we begin. After that, you’ll be billed monthly on the anniversary of our start date, with payment due within 7 days. I provide a detailed time log at the end of each cycle so you always know exactly how your hours were spent.
What's your cancellation policy?
All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Just give me 15 days’ notice before your renewal date if you’d like to cancel or pause. I’m also happy to discuss adjustments if your needs change, scaling up or down is always an option.
